Have you always wished to possess your OWN Prestigious wine? It is now possible to purchase, using a “lease-hold” formula, plots of vineyards from 2,000 to 10,000 square meters (1 hectar), located in the noblest area of the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero zone, to produce your own wine with own customised label. The vineyards, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, vary in altitude from 300 to 500 meters above sea level. The soil is characterised by it’s rich fertile loam and by its steep slopes (grades up to 15-20%). These intrinsic features optimise drainage. By purchasing single lots, the price includes cultivation and professional care of your vineyards according to the best possible methodology for 20 years (and for 20 corresponding vintages). Careful tendance is given to the vinification process in your own cellar, one of the finest in the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero area, for a period of 20 vintages. Aged wine that will result in one fifth Chianti Classico Nero Reserve DOCG and four fifths Chianti Classico Gallo Nero DOCG. Bottles, capsules, corks and labels are at disposal for consequent bottling. Wine storage is in compliance with regulations in force governing “Chianti Classico” production. The last vintage of Chianti Classico Reserve DOCG produced would be available after three years, and the produce of Chianti Classico DOCG would be available one year after the vintage. Wine storage in your own cellar for a period of maximum six months after bottling.
Prices are:
€ 60.000,00 (sixty thousand/00) for a vineyard covering over 2,150 square meters, the purchaser is entitled to ownership rights for a period of 20 (twenty) years corresponding to 20 (twenty) vintages, and to an annual production of 1,500 bottles / 0.750 liters each (300 bottles of Chianti Classico RESERVE Gallo Nero DOCG and 1,200 bottles of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero DOCG).
€ 105.000,00 (one hundred and five thousand/00) for a vineyard covering over 4,700 square meters, purchaser is entitled to ownership rights for a period of 20 (twenty) years corresponding to 20 (twenty) vintages, and to an annual production of 3,300 bottles / 0.750 liters each (660 bottles of Chianti Classico RESERVE Gallo Nero DOCG and 2,640 bottles of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero DOCG).
€ 190.000,00 (one hundred and ninety thousand/00) for a vineyard covering over 9,400 square meters, the purchaser is entitled to ownership rights for a period of 20 (twenty) years corresponding to 20 (twenty) vintages, and to an annual production of 6,600 bottles / 0.750 liters each (1,320 bottles of Chianti Classico RESERVE Gallo Nero DOCG and 5,280 bottles of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero DOCG).
